The Swedish buyer of Wicklow-based mobile food truck maker Reward Catering has launched an €8.2m claim against Sunward Holdings, a company belonging to the Ward family that sold the business in 2022.

Two former directors of Reward Catering, Kevin Ward and Thomas Ward, have also been sued in the action, which was admitted to the Commercial Court list yesterday.
