Des and Ulick McEvaddy’s DA Terminal 3 Ltd is in active negotiations with five farmers to buy land for a new €80m motorway western access route from the west of Dublin Airport
The company, which already controls a 262-acre site west of the airport that sits between its three runways, has long pursued an ambition to develop the land.
