Cairn Homes has put an indicative price tag of €28.58m on the 51 apartments it is planning to sell to Dublin City Council from its scheme on the former RTÉ lands at Donnybrook.
In planning documents accompanying an application for its 510 apartment project, Cairn Homes Montrose Ltd has identified 51 one- and two-bed apartments it intends to sell to the council for social housing in order to comply with legal obligations.
