The UK tax authorities filed a petition to wind up Northern Irish-registered Manguard Plus Ltd – which previously had links to the wider Manguard Plus security group – over an alleged debt worth over £904,000.
The firm was previously owned by and shared a director with the parent company of Kildare-based Manguard Plus – now a separate entity and one of Ireland’s largest security services groups.
