Kube Networks, a Glasgow-based ISP and digital solutions provider, acquired the client base of telecoms and connectivity provider Fibre1.
The deal is KubeNet’s second this year and strengthens its position in the north of Scotland after the acquisition of Aberdeen-based managed service provider ISN Solutions.
