We are living in one of the wealthiest countries in the world – and if you believe that, you’ll believe anything.

Wealth in Ireland has grown dramatically in the last 10 years and much of it is very real money sitting in investments, on deposit and in the value of homes. But if you strip back key groups from the wealth picture, it starts to look very different.
