Even when using AI for creative or analytical tasks, relying solely on it can remove the personal touch. Image: Getty
Q I run a small creative team, and I’ve noticed some of the younger staff are very open about using AI tools such as ChatGPT at work. But I suspect all the others are using it too, and being secretive about it – maybe worrying they will be accused of cutting corners, plagiarising material or not doing their work properly.
I’m only just getting to grips with it myself, and I can see it has potential, but should I encourage my team to use it openly? And how can I ensure they do so responsibly?
